Communication is not only important in pitching to our bosses why we deserve the job, it is also important in maintaining successful job performance. Communicating with colleagues well can lead to higher work productivity as everyone is on the same page. Good communication can also lead to more opportunities in the workplace as the graduates can articulate their ideas to employers well.

    I agree, communication even if not essential to the job, is always a strong tool, be it on a managerial level or an employee level.
